I'm a Rome-based creative with an architectural background and long experience in digital media, communication & marketing.
I specialize in ideation, storytelling, and branding.
I love diving into why and how people use/feel/taste/interact with/perceive space and things and furthering those experiences to make them deeper.
At B O N A, I work in multiple fields related to design and media with a broad and holistic approach, spacing from urban studies to graphic interface design.
My architectural carrier mainly focuses on academic and curatorial/editorial activities. After studying at Shenzhen University, I graduated in Architecture from the Polytechnic of Milan. I earned a doctorate from the University of Rome, and my thesis investigates the concept of Chineseness in contemporary Chinese cities through typo-morphological approaches – it was awarded the INU Prize 2018 and AISU Prize 2020.
I've been teaching since 2013 and am currently a lecturer at the Technische Universität Berlin, with courses on Chinese history of architecture and urban planning.
My expertise as a researcher and architectural photographer conducted me far away from the typical architectural practice. I was a senior curator for DIVISARE.com and the editor-in-chief of DIVISARE BOOKS. I curated 150+ publications on authors like Louis Kahn, de vylder vinck taillieu, Carla Juaçaba, Lacroix Chessex, RCR Arquitectes, and Vector Architects, among plenty of others.
I support the global cause of gender equity in the architectural industry and am one of the co-founders of the association RebelArchitette.
Since 2020, I work for Telsy Spa – the TIM Group's cybersecurity competence center – contributing to defining corporate and product branding, UX/UI, and CJ/CX.
